Catch Stacy in NCIS: NEW ORLEAN’s 100th Episode
From Bar Bounce to Millionaire Fraudster
Scott Wilson Remembered by Stacy Keach
We did two films together, The New Centurions (1972) and The Ninth Configuration (1980). We became close friends, and I cherish the memory of the good times in those days, especially when working together, playing cards, or watching and betting on sporting events. Besides being a wonderful actor, Scott was a serious gambler. He loved playing poker, and he was damn good at it. Being the superb thespian that he was, you could never tell when he was bluffing! And he had a craving and a knack for picking winners on weekend football games.
He was also full of southern charm, had a mischievous sense of humor, and was a master at his craft.
I was very pleased that he achieved success more recently with his presence in The Walking Dead.
Malgosia, my wife, joins me in extending condolences and prayers to Scott’s wife, Heavenly, and members of the family.
Rest in peace, Scott, and thank you for sharing your talents with us.
